Just tidying up around here, again.

One major update: I'm now on Tumblr, so for those who do the tumbl thang, you can find me at eluneth.tumblr.com. Slightly different pieces may appear here and there, but I still spend the most time on devart. (I also have a secondary Tumblr for art inspiration & tutorial reblogs: terieu.tumblr.com.)

Just trying to move things along. For lack of actual content, here is an uncharitably titled but nonetheless hilarious post of Nathan Fillion photobombs: thisisphotobomb.memebase.com/2…

(I have had the time to work on and scan a lot of things recently, but I'm trying to ration out uploading since otherwise I'll have nothing to submit the whole rest of the year. Cough.)

Originals currently for sale; note me if interested!

And a general Happy Holidays to everyone! I'm hoping to post some art... sometime. Have a couple commissions in progress and a couple of WIPs, just need to find the time/attention span to sit down and finish them up. aughghghghgh.

Best wishes for a wonderful winter and a happy almost New Year, everyone.

Save Snow's Sanity

There's currently a Livejournal community holding charity auctions of considerable amounts of fun stuff (jewelry, BPAL, books, fashion...) on behalf of a blogger in need; I'm auctioning an ACEO commission. Even if you don't have money for the shoppingks, just spreading word about the community is greatly appreciated. For great justice!

I was invited to take part in an art challenge that I unfortunately don't have time to do - but if you'd like free recycled artsy things mailed to you for your own enjoyment, and to have the work that you make with said artsy things displayed in a gallery, find out about it here:

Yeah, me too. FYI, my partner in crime and I are running a free signed book giveaway on The Black Letters, our fantasy/sci-fi book blog. To get your hands on a signed copy of Joe Hill's (that would be Joe Hill, son of Stephen King) acclaimed short story collection 20th Century Ghosts, just come over and check us out, poke around a bit, and let us know what you like - you'll be entered in a drawing to win the book. You know you want tooooo.

or does this new stacked format for devwatches bother anyone else, too? It's a nice idea, but I like being able to rapid-fire click+tab open through all of my most recent updates and thereby assemble a critical mass of tabular goodness. Instant gratification, yo.

If someone catches the 7000th hit, do ask me for arts! XD

Edit: Art has been duly demanded. congrats to the wild and wily :iconstereophilic:!
This is cliche, but uhh, I've had more time to draw lately, so if anyone catches the 6000th hit, I would be happy to try to draw you something. :D

edit: or not, lol.
What can I say - I was tired of having a journal entry from August of 2005 on my front page. XD

Happy new year, somewhat belated.
Errr, would anyone be interested in (real media - digital takes me too long) commissions? X_X Something like $7 for pencil, $10 for inked, $15 for colored with watercolor or Prismacolor pencils, and if you wanted, say, a batch of small things (a bunch of little chibi or ponies or something), we could negotiate a 'group' price. I can draw... many random things! And also vary my style anywhere from full anime (chibi included) to semi-realism. Equines, things with various sorts of wings, people, penguins. Yay penguins! I particularly enjoy bishounen, and I don't mind drawing shounen-ai, shoujo-ai, and so on.

This is partly because I don't think I challenge myself enough when drawing, and partly because I am saving up money. Adurr.

That ees all! Thank you for reading, if you did. XD *scurries into hiding*
Deleting old pictures is so satisfying. >_<
If there's anything I hate, it's being asked to rewrite something that I spent 4+ hours procrastinating on the first time I tried to write it.

Thus, this journal entry. Because otherwise I never touch this thing, but I guess I'm just that desperate for distractions.
This is the latest I've stayed up in a while, yes, even with a certain somebody's birthday party just a little while ago. XD It's 7 AM right now. I guess I should go to beddd now.

Second to last day of school before spring break. I am t3h HAPPIE.
...I just realized how well my subtitle of "Village idiot" goes with my shiny new (and first) devID.

*walks off snortling stupidly*
I come back and have: 2 Headlines, 2 Messages, 8 Comments, 205 Deviation Alerts, 27 Journals, and 2 polls. EEEEEEEp. That's 246 messages total.
*hugs everyone* NZ was beautiful, but I'm glad to be back!
Leaving tomorrow for 2 weeks in New Zealand...!!!!! *waits in dread for the inevitable flood of DA alerts to start building up*
See you! Kiwiland, here I come...
